Asphyxia is a resource-management survival game set in a post-apocalyptic ocean world where oxygen has become a scarce commodity.
As an employee of Breathe Inc., players produce and manage oxygen, trade with scavengers, upgrade their facilities, and make difficult choices about who receives the resources they need to survive.
The objective is to maintain enough oxygen to survive each day while progressively upgrading all production facilities.

Resource Management — Balance oxygen production and daily consumption.
Trading System — Exchange oxygen with scavengers for resources.
Facility Upgrades — Improve production equipment and resource efficiency.
Survival Management — Maintain the oxygen required to survive each day.
Decision-Making — Choose how to respond to survivors who may have nothing to trade.

Developed the player interaction system used for trading and facility upgrades.
Implemented core gameplay systems and mechanics in Unity using C#.
Contributed to gameplay and systems design during rapid prototyping.
Integrated functionality within a 7-person multidisciplinary team under a game-jam production schedule.
Participated in rapid iteration, debugging, and technical and creative feedback throughout development.
